- Crushing, extrusion, pelletizing are processed simultaneously which could save labor costs.
- User-friendly operation by automatic conveying, feeding, and storage. Recycling film does not need a crusher.
- The inside of the shredding drum is equipped with cutting knife. The shape of recycling film would look like popcorn after the agglutination. Then the popcorn-shaped will be pushed into the barrel. This method of pelletizing can result higher output.
- The shredding drum has an air-cooling system in itself in order to keep the temperature steady.
- Water ring pelletizing could avoid the problem of strand broken during the processing period. The shape of the produced pellets would be same with the virgin resin; therefore it makes the mixing process smoother in the blowing machine due to having nearly same melting speed of the pellets.
- This machine is only suitable for clean film. If the waste material is too dirty, then a double-section extruder with a straight-connected design must be adopted.
